JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with customers through live chat to answer queries and sell the value of products. The ideal candidate can establish a positive rapport, can communicate effectively online and can identify needs through probing questions, educating customers on the value, features, and benefits of the product and being able to close the sale.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound sales chat inquiries and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm virtually.
