E-commerce Content Assistant (Trilingue)

Sector: E-commerce – Fashion and Design (French is a must and Experience in Fashion)


Key Responsibilities:



Contact partner brands to collect necessary product content (descriptions and visuals), based on Excel templates

Uploading product information to the website, sort, rename, and prioritize images for each listing (titles, descriptions, prices, images)

Organize and structure content for efficient online integration

Ensuring content accuracy: checking spelling, formatting, alignment with SEO and brand guidelines

Managing product categories, tags, filters for navigation and searchability

Coordinating with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure timely online publishing

Update product pages mid-season if more information becomes available (e.g., additional images, fit/sizing details)

Knowledge in Shopify is a plus

Light photo editing or cropping images before uploading
