E-Commerce Associate

Overall Purpose:

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible in executing day-to-day e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for InLife Health Care.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Perform day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform.
2. Convert leads to actual sales and establish new business opportunities generated through website, e-commerce site, and social media channels. Meet online sales plans and tracking monthly sales targets.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to (BPA, Information & Technology, Medical) ensure complete and timely order fulfillment. Monitor online feedback/reviews and recommend improvements to improve customer feedback. Manage and respond to customer feedback, disputes, and claims through digital interfaces.
