E-commerce Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations on our online store. The ideal candidate has experience handling customer inquiries, editing product photos, managing listings, and keeping track of inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer messages on the platform
• Edit product photos for quality and consistency (resize, background removal, retouching)
• Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, availability)
• Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms
• Coordinate restocking and flag low-stock items
• Ensure all listings are accurate and up to date
• Other admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
