About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations on our online store. The ideal candidate has experience handling customer inquiries, editing product photos, managing listings, and keeping track of inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer messages on the platform
- Edit product photos for quality and consistency (resize, background removal, retouching)
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, availability)
- Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms
- Coordinate restocking and flag low-stock items
- Ensure all listings are accurate and up to date
- Other admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
