About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management
o Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, prices, images, and specifications.
o Ensure products are categorized correctly and maintain consistency across the online platform.
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
- Order Processing & Customer Support
o Process online orders accurately and promptly.
o Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or complaints via email, chat, or social media.
o Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery.
- Digital Marketing Support
o Assist in creating promotional content for campaigns, discounts, or seasonal sales.
o Update banners, pop-ups, and other marketing materials on the e-commerce site.
o Help track website performance and report insights on sales trends.
