E-Commerce and Logistics Associate

(E-Commerce and Logistics Associate) (Goldline Cosmetics) (Nichido) (FMCG – Beauty)
We are looking for an E-Logistics and Logistics Associate who is passionate about beauty, fashion, cosmetics, and customer satisfaction. This role gives you the opportunity to lead and improve processes for the delivery and fulfilment teams and contribute fresh ideas in operational excellence and digital channels. This role is based onsite in Caloocan City, from Monday to Saturday. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of E-Commerce Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify), Fulfilment and Dispatching Processes, Customer Service, Documentation and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
You will be challenged in the field of e-commerce and operations and will be tasked to the following:
Lead the fulfilment teams to meet delivery turnaround timelines.
Support the delivery team for dispatching deliveries.
Own customer support pipelines for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok ...
