• Experience defining and creating operational dashboards
o Monitoring and alerting on all elements of a web architecture
o Integrating into OpsGenie for production support
• Experience with JIRA
• Broad understanding of web traffic, how to pattern the traffic, and how to visualize the traffic in dashboards.
