3- 12 years of hands-on technical working experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting different Dynatrace componentsDynatrace Associate Certified (Latest)2+ years of hands-on technical working experience in managing Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, K8s, Containers)2+ years of technical understanding of the nuances involved in various operating system environments (Windows, Linux, AIX), Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat) and databases ( Oracle, MS SQL)2+ years of technical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, network devices & protocols and their impact on web performance.Experience in IT applications support, ITIL processes.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
