Job Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Mid–Senior level) to join our growing team in Demant Technology & Innovation Centre, Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining CRM solutions that support business‑critical operations. This role offers an opportunity to work on both technical delivery and, for senior candidates, solution design and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (9.1 / D365 CE) solutions
- Implement plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and integrations
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in Agile development and sprint delivery
