We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to support a large-scale CRM environment across multiple European countries.
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions
Gather and analyse business requirements
Configure and customise CRM applications
Support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 F&O
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Manage enhancements, change requests, and backlog items
Support upgrade and transformation initiatives
Provide techno-functional expertise and solution recommendations
