Must have 3+ years experience as a D365 System Administrator with knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE).
The D365 Administrator will beresponsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the MicrosoftDynamics 365 CE module .
The ideal candidate will know the entire D365 system, backend storage services, configuration, security,reporting, ISV, any custom development, data integrations, and any deviceintegration. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering anddefining use requirements, user support related to the application.
- Troubleshootingskills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both CE and PO
- Mustbe able to help coordinate vendor management activities
- Createand Maintain D365 CE and PO Environments
- Createand Maintain D365 Batch Jobs.
