Key Responsibilities: • Lead mid-sized projects through every stage • Analyze manpower efficiency and implement strategies • Work with teams to improve production processes • Direct tooling design and capital funding • Ensure timely updates on engineering changes
Requirements: • Post-secondary engineering education required • 3+ years in a lean manufacturing environment • Knowledge of GD&T and CAD systems • Practical experience in project management • Ability to work overtime as needed
