DXO Partner

The DXO Manager will have direct responsibility for the delivery of Operational Excellence Initiatives using applicable tools and methodologies including Automation and Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The role will contribute to Next State Maturity Model (NSMM) strategic vision of transforming REPH into an innovation centre for RELX. OPEX manager acts as a Scrum Leader who is responsible of orchestrating the end to end delivery of OPEX capability-building and initiatives including CI, JDI, RIE, Automation, Harmonization, CX and Agile. In addition, the role will directly support cultural change toward disciplined, data-driven problem solving. This requires good understanding of automation solutions and their business applications, strong process analysis and improvement experience.  In addition to these skills the successful applicant will have first class relationship building & communication skills as the role engages with a range of stakeholder across the entire business.
