Role Summary
We are seeking a senior technical leader to own Design Verification Testing (DVT) and Reliability Engineering for TVSE Products including TouchPOS, Thermal Printers, Keyboards
The candidate must be capable of defining reliability strategy, calculating product lifetime, and building a scalable validation organization. This is a technical authority role in reliability and validation.
Key Responsibilities

- MTBF prediction
- FIT rate estimation
- Thermal derating analysis
- Power component stress analysis
- Reliability block diagrams (RBD)
- Weibull life modeling
