Manage the LINC relationship managers of the member for any issue related to APIs. Plays a key part in delivering good customer experience during the integration. Enhance process capabilities through friction free onboarding and servicing experience. Enhance the team capability to deliver more of the repeated work. Think innovatively to reduce the TAT for on-boarding.
Qualifications and Skills
