- You ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay – service excellence is your #1 priority;
- You respond to guest reviews and see feedback as an opportunity to improve;
- Complaints or issues? You stay calm, think in solutions, and turn problems into positive moments;
- You build genuine connections with our ALL members, making them feel truly at home;
- You work closely with department heads, sharing ideas to improve workflows;
- You take the lead during safety rounds and know exactly what to do in case of emergencies.
