About the Role
At Holiday Inn & Suites Makati, our guests' safety and comfort always come first. That's why we're looking for a highly skilled Duty Engineer – a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the technical expertise to keep our hotel in top-notch condition. You'll be the hands-on expert ensuring everything runs smoothly, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
+ Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
+ Troubleshooting and repairing issues as they arise, from minor fixes to more complex system malfunctions.
