Looking to work on a large-scale, global insurance platform where your expertise truly makes an impact? We’re hiring experienced L3 Application Support Engineers to support and enhance a critical Global Underwriting Platform (GUP) .
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Shift: 5:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST
Experience
Mid-Level: 6+ years
Senior: 8+ years
Key Skills Required
.NET (6.0 and above)
Duck Creek
IIS & SQL Server
Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Underwriting platforms preferred)
What You’ll Do
Resolve complex production incidents escalated from L2 or monitoring systems
Perform deep root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Handle advanced troubleshooting using logs and diagnostic tools
Support complex release deployments and production changes
Drive automation, service improvements, and SOP enhancements
