About the Role

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of senior finance experience within the UAE real estate sector, including 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO position. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing compliance, and managing finance teams. Familiarity with UAE regulations and strategic funding models is essential.
