About the Role
We’re hiring a DTC-focused video editor to produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is performance-driven — you’ll be editing ads designed to convert, not just look pretty.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)
- Turn raw footage, UGC, and assets into scroll-stopping creatives
- Apply proven DTC frameworks: hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, CTAs
- Create multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers
- Iterate based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Minimum 2 years experience editing ads for DTC brands
• Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
• Experience editing:
UGC-style ads
