We are looking for a Digital Technology Clinical Operations – Team Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and outcomes driven to join us in our Digital Technology – Clinical Patient Evidence team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium. 

About the role 

In this global role, you lead the digital transformation of clinical trial operations amongst broader UCB strategic transformation initiatives. You will drive the clinical operations digital portfolio, some built on the Veeva technology stack and other digital solutions in this space in shaping the strategy, prioritization, and delivery. You will manage a small team, set annual plans with digital leadership, and translate business needs into reliable, compliant solutions that improve study efficiency, data quality, and clinical sites centricity.
