Position

We’re looking for a Full-time Supervisor for our DSW banner who will lead by example and support a positive store environment that fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will report to the Store Manager and assist in coaching the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success.
