We’re looking for a Co-Manager for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.
As a Co-Manager at DSW , you will report to the Store Manager and in partnership, lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and leading Associates and Store Management to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem solve, thrive in a past pace environment, lead a dynamic team and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
