Overview
The Digital SAM 1 will focus on supporting the engagement, retention, and adoption of RealPage solutions by assisting with customer outreach and data-driven initiatives. This role will focus on executing foundational customer success tasks and providing support to the broader account management team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer outreach efforts, including sending emails, digital collateral, and conducting basic follow-ups.
- Provide foundational product support by sharing resources and guiding customers to self-service tools.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback in Salesforce/CSP to maintain accurate records.
- Gather and compile customer feedback to escalate recurring issues or trends to account managers.
