About the Role
Do you like being on the road, doing physical work, and having days that go by quickly? JusVal Transport is looking for a Driver's Assistant to support our drivers in the delivery of bagged ice to grocery stores and convenience stores.
Responsibilities
- Accompany the driver on delivery routes
- Load and unload bags of ice
- Make deliveries to customers (grocery stores, convenience stores, and other businesses)
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Verify the quantities delivered and help keep the truck clean and organized
- Respect safety procedures and delivery schedules
Desired Profile
- Good physical condition (handling work)
- Punctual, reliable, and independent
- Good team player
- Positive attitude and good customer service
- Experience in delivery or handling (an asset)
