About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs as 4-wheel Driver to employees for any business-related activities.
- Perform Messenger tasks such as:
- Collection of Account Receivables of the Company.
- Payment of Utility Bills, Credit cards, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth among others.
- Submission of Government Reports (BIR, LGUs, SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, SEC, NTC, BOC, etc.)
- Delivery of Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipts with the product ordered.
- Pull-out Appliance(s) from Customers.
- Submit documents in order to process and renew government permits, clearances and accreditations.
- Assists different departments within the company on their admin-related tasks especially submission of all deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the office premises at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements
- At least high school graduate
- Has a valid license to drive a 2 wheel ...
