Job Description
As a Driver Strategy Planning Manager, you will support SPX's last-mile operations by optimizing driver supply planning, cost efficiency, and incentive schemes. You will leverage data to improve performance, design scalable solutions, and ensure sustainable growth of our driver network.

Key Responsibility

• Monitor driver performance metrics(e.g., productivity, reliability, cost per parcel) across targeted regions, and improve efficiency and cost
• Analyze driver supply and demand trends to support operation planning
• Develop and maintain driver cost projection modelling for budget planning and headcount strategy
