Monitor driver sentiments, and produce regular reportings
Monitor competitive driver sentiments and competitor driver policies
Organize feedback channels, events and communication campaigns to improve driver sentiments
Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to improve policies and programs
Support retention efforts through proactive driver outreach and education
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
