Position: Route Supervisor

Reporting to the District Manager, you will supervise all drivers, ensuring training, discipline, operational excellence, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all drivers, providing ongoing training and ensuring procedural compliance.
• Conduct observational behavior assessments and driver training to identify performance issues and develop action plans.
• Work with the Operations Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels, participate in interviews and pre‑employment road tests.
• Track service/driver issues and document actions.
