About the Role
- Make sure to accomplish Vehicle Checklist Form prior to dispatching
- Coordinate with the Dispatcher regarding his assigned delivery schedule for the day.
- Work together with his delivery helper on the loading of items / stocks for delivery.
- Make sure all documents are ready and complete before departing from warehouse.
- Proceed to do the deliveries on the given route and schedule for each customer, clients or outlets.
- Constantly coordinates with the dispatcher and office staff on status of their deliveries for possible assistance on any issues or concerns that may arise during travel and receiving of goods to point of delivery.
- Will receive instructions from time to time from Office staff during and after delivery completion.
- Once deliveries are completed, all Received documents will be turned over to Invoicing Team for System Recording.
