About the Role
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
To perform transport of dialysis patients to and from the dialysis clinic and to any appointments as directed by Clinic
staff; to provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-nursing duties relating to direct
and indirect patient care and to assist the Dialysis Clinic Manager in any other tasks as directed.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ To treat patients and all staff with courtesy and dignity and provide assistance in and out of the bus
+ Pick up and deliveries to and from the hospital as required (personal and goods)
+ Ensure Patient Transport bus is kept clean at all times (externally and internally)
+ Ensure the bus is serviced as per manufactures’ recommendation and is always maintained in a road worthy condition.
+ Assist with repairs in the clinic as directed by the Dialysis Clinic Manager
