Driver Activation Associate

Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the initial 21-day period
Develop and implement strategies to boost new driver engagement and productivity
Collaborate with fleet managers to provide support to new drivers-members
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in early driver performance data and recommend improvements
Communicate regularly with new drivers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure ongoing motivation and clarity on expectations
Assist in the creation of educational content and onboarding materials tailored to early-stage driver needs
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in activation and onboarding
A track record of providing exceptional customer service
Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets
