Drive Test Engineer

Job description

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Atleast 1 year experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G networks.
• Tools: Familiarity with drive test/RF measurement tools (EX. PHU).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Other: Willingness to work in field testing environments and attention to detail.
• Drive Test Planning and Execution:
• Plan drive test routes and schedules based on network coverage requirements.
• Conduct drive tests to assess mobile network performance, coverage, and quality.
• Configure and operate drive test tools and equipment effectively.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Collect RF data, KPIs, and network parameters during drive tests.
