Drilling Operations Manager

Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations
• Develop and monitor operational programs (POA)
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and third-party services
• Ensure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirements
• Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in drilling operations
• Strong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrity
