What You'll Do

• Construct, alter, and maintain costumes and garments for actors or performers
• Work closely with costume designers and production leads to bring character visions to life
• Select textiles and materials that perform under lighting, camera, and movement
• Perform on-site fittings, adjustments, and quick alterations during production
• Organize and care for your costume inventory, ensuring quality and continuity
• Manage stitching, finishing, and detail work, including hand-sewing, embroidery, and embellishment
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, film costume design, and sewing techniques

• Proven experience in tailoring, costume making, or garment construction
• Strong sewing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for textiles
