To support the front-line drainage team in attending site‑based call‑outs and resolving drainage blockages. This is a physically demanding role involving manual clearance of blockages, use of specialist equipment, and working outdoors in all conditions while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high quality service delivery.

• Assist in the clearance of drainage blockages using jetting equipment, rods, and mechanical tools.
• Set up and operate equipment safely under supervision, including high‑pressure water jetting and CCTV survey tools.
