Draftsman

Location: Marikina

Schedule: Day shift (9:00 AM-6:00 PM), Monday-Friday

Setup: Onsite, with occasional fieldwork for inspections



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support architectural and construction projects

• Ensure designs are accurately translated into technical drawings



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a Draftsman in the architectural or construction industry

• Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce high-quality technical

drawings

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to specified tolerances

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret design requirements

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
