Draftsman

PLAS Enterprises and Engineering Services is looking for a Draftsman.

Job Summary:
The Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications and client requirements. The role includes drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, quantity computation, and providing support in project supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Skilled in 3D modeling using SketchUp
• Knowledgeable in rendering techniques
• Able to perform basic project quantity take-offs and cost computations
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and technical skills
• Flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks
