Job Description

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Interpret design specifications and technical documentation
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify measurements
• Assist in preparing documentation for permits and approvals
• Support the design team with technical input and suggestions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drafted materials
• Graduate of BS Drafting
• w/ At least 2-3 years experience as a CAD Operator in Construction Industry - Architectural Concept (Office based work)
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
