Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable subledger and actively review old/open unresolved debit balances, acting as a decision-maker to resolve/clear them.
- Actively monitor and coordinate the resolution of GRIR OIM account.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement/Finance/Outsource Partner) to make decisions or support the cleansing of aged open items in ledger balances.
- Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely and effective execution of needed tasks.
- Review vendor reminders and check fines and escalations received from/towards vendors.
- Track, monitor, and control overdue payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Support invoice/credit notes booking-related queries/correction/reversal requests.
- Support contacting vendors to follow the agreed process in case of critical vendor statements and direct debit vendor processes.
