Dozer Operator

Job Summary: Delaware Valley Paving is hiring an experienced and safety-driven Dozer Operator to join our growing team. This role involves operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment to perform site grading, earthmoving, and general land preparation duties on paving and construction projects. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dozers to move earth and materials according to project specifications.
• Grade and level surfaces to meet job requirements.
• Push, spread, and compact soil and aggregates.
• Work from blueprints, stakes, and GPS systems to follow site grading plans.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure safe work practices on site.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
