- Experience: 3–5 years in IT recruitment
- Key Skill: Strong experience in contract hiring (mandatory)
- Additional Skill: Salesforce hiring experience is an added advantage
- Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates
- Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Location: NCR / Remote
- Requirements: Excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong stakeholder management
- LinkedIn Recruiter & Naukri experience required.
