Role Summary
Provide hands-on configuration and implementation of DocuSign CLM along with AMS support. Responsible for day-to-day issue resolution, minor enhancements, and ensuring system stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval rules based on requirements.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage AMS tasks such as incident resolution, minor enhancements, and system monitoring.
- Assist with quarterly upgrades, perform regression testing, and prepare release documentation.
