Purpose of the role

The Documentation & Content Development Associate Manager is responsible for leading a team of content professionals dedicated to creating, maintaining, and optimizing high‑quality documentation and learning content for Amadeus products and solutions. This role ensures that all customer‑facing content—knowledge articles, user guides, release notes,and other learning materials—is accurate, consistent, scalable, and aligned with CLS governance standards. The position drives operational excellence through content governance, process standardization, team leadership, and data‑driven decision making.
