About the Role
DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT
- Graduate of B.S. in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in real estate documentation, mortgage processing, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Will be responsible for processing the client documents, ensuring all requirements for property purchase, financing, and title transfer are complete and valid.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to handle deadlines.
- Available Anytime
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
