About the Role
**Please note: This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Son., MEX. (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)**
The DYADlaw Translator will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for translating documents from Spanish to English, such as birth certifications, declarations, letters, and other legal documents, so that the information is accurately recorded for legal review.
**Compensation**:
$21,000 month MXN
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate documents from Spanish to English quickly and efficiently, providing accurate understanding, context, and meaning and staying attuned to subtleties and details in every document.
- Organize translated material and finalize translation according to standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Assist with interpretations (as needed).
- Be aware of the legal implications of certain word choices.
