Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring that all documents delivered to customers are accurately formatted, free of errors, and professionally presented. This role involves proofreading, text editing, formatting, and preparing documents in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format documents for delivery to customers, ensuring consistent style and layout.
• Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and completeness using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Copy, cut, and paste text accurately while maintaining document integrity.
• Ensure all orders/documents are in the correct format, free of typos, missing text, or inconsistencies.
