About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive  to support our Proposal Department by managing all documentation related to bids, tenders, and client submissions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and organized handling of proposal documents, contributing to the efficiency and success of the proposal process. 
Maintain and organize all proposal-related documents including Tender Documents, bid submissions, and client correspondence.
Ensure version control and proper formatting of documents before submission.
Coordinate with proposal writers, estimators, and technical teams to collect and compile required documentation.
Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals and supporting documents.
Implement and maintain document control procedures specific to proposal workflows.
Archive and retrieve documents for reference and audits.
Ensure compliance with client and internal documentation standards.
