About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Scan and digitize physical documents into electronic format.
Ensure all scanned files are clear, complete, and properly labeled.
Organize and maintain digital and physical document records.
Verify document accuracy before and after scanning.
Handle confidential information with integrity and security.
Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.
Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment when necessary.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience in document scanning, data entry, or clerical work is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, file management).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Willing to work onsite.
Preferred Skills
Experience with document management systems.
Fast and accurate encoding skills.
Ability to meet deadlines
