Job Description
- Manage and maintain the department's filing system, both physical and electronic, tools and equipment's, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Construction team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, proofreading, and office supply management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
